United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has called for massive investment to help Pakistan recover from devastating floods in 2022.
Addressing the fundraising conference for the country in Geneva, Guterres said the country was "doubly victimised" by climate change and a "morally bankrupt global financial system".
Two million home were destroyed in last year’s floods.
