A Russian disinformation network has been impersonating dozens of media organisations, including the BBC, and has shared false news reports online in the run-up to the US election.
The operation has also been targeting journalists and fact-checking organisations asking them to check their own fake reports.
BBC Verify’s Olga Robinson has been looking into how the network operates and its possible aims.
