Usa, il Congresso certifica l’elezione di Biden a presidente

WASHINGTON (STATI UNITI) (ITALPRESS) – Il Congresso, nella seduta a Camere riunite, ha certificato l’elezione di Joe Biden e Kamala Harris a presidente e vicepresidente degli Stati Uniti. Ratificati quindi i voti del collegio elettorale, 306 a 232 a favore del ticket dei Democratici. La seduta è proseguita a oltranza in nottata dopo l’assalto di un gruppo di sostenitori del presidente uscente Donald Trump a Capitol Hill, che aveva interrotto i lavori.
