Video footage has emerged which shows Israeli security forces shooting dead two Palestinians after they had surrendered in Jenin in the occupied the West Bank.
The two men are seen leaving a building and surrendering, before being ordered back inside and shot dead at point blank range.
The Palestinian authorities have described the killing as a “summary execution”. The Israelis said the two Palestinians were wanted men. They’ve announced military and police investigations into the killings.
