The question many are asking is how a dam in Southern Ukraine was destroyed – and who destroyed it.

Both Ukraine and Russia blame each other – it’s reported that US intelligence is pointing to Russia.

Nearby a town is drowning under metres of water, and thousands of people are being evacuated.
