Witnesses recount the moment a red SUV ploughed into a crowd at the Waukesha Christmas parade in Wisconsin.
"I saw a red blur, then I just saw little girls flying through the air."
Five people died and over 40 were injured. A person of interest was identified and the vehicle has been recovered.
Footage from witnesses at the scene shows the horrific aftermath, with people trying to tend to injured children on the road.
